About Doozi:

Hi... I’m Mike Goldman, founder of Doozi, a creative studio focused on toys and interactive play.

I’ve spent over 30 years in the toy industry working across product development, marketing, and manufacturing — from classic brands to new independent lines.

I believe in creating products that inspire creativity and fun! Beat Squad started as a passion project combining music, technology, and collectible play. After significant development, I'm happy to say that we figured-out how to make it happen!

About the team:

Beat Squad is driven by a small, core team spanning toys, music, technology, and interactive design which includes Mike Goldman, Joel Eden, Sean Myer, and George X. Each bringing a distinct perspective and deep expertise to the project. Additional designers and creative collaborators are actively involved and will be added here over the coming days, as we continue to share more of the people helping to bring Beat Squad to life.

Mike Goldman has built a 30+ year career in the toy industry, working with companies including Mattel, Tyco and Galoob on iconic brands such as Hot Wheels®, Magna Doodle®, and Micro Machines® Z-Bots®. He later founded Tucker Toys, where he was the force behind the #1 selling Phlat Ball® brand, which sold over 25 million units in more than 50 countries, before selling the company to Goliath Games and launching Doozi to build the next generation of innovative, interactive play experiences.

Joel blends story, design, and technology to help create experiences that matter. His background includes Disney Animation Studios, where he designed tools for story artists and animators (with credits on Frozen and Big Hero 6), and Google, where he conducted design research supporting products for children and families. Joel holds a B.S. in computer science and a PhD in human-computer interaction.

Sean is a multi-platinum producer and songwriter known for his work with artists including Selena Gomez, Pentatonix, and Ava Max. His music has generated more than 6 billion streams worldwide.

George is a South Florida based musician with over a decade of experience as a solo artist (George X) and as a producer-songwriter collaborating with artists around the world.

Together with a growing group of designers and collaborators, the team continues to provide the creative direction, technical depth, and musical foundation behind Beat Squad.
